Head of Client Accounts
Nicolette Joined Chapman Petrie in 2017 following a role at Robert Irving Burns where she led the property management accountancy team.
Nicolette works with our TRAMPS system to provide accurate reporting to clients on the collection of rent, service charge and insurance from tenants. Her work also includes overseeing, maintaining and reconciling clients’ accounts and producing quarterly client reports to external accountants and clients, whilst complying with RICS standards.

Facilities Manager
Chantelle Levy joined Chapman Petrie as a Facilities manager in 2021 after working at Savills and Structadene.
Chantelle acts as the first point of call for all day to day building maintenance queries, health and safety compliance and works closely with all contractors ensuring Chapman Petrie provide the best possible service to our clients and occupiers.

Bev
Mayes
Consultant
Bev originally worked at Chapman Petrie between 1987-1996, becoming a partner, before leaving to have a family. Bev re-joined Chapman Petrie in 2012, as a consultant, having worked as an asset management surveyor for HM Prison Service and Kenmore Property Group.
Bev deals with commercial property landlord and tenant negotiations, lease restructuring, lettings and disposals for a number of clients including institutions, property companies and family trusts.
